Admissions at Britts Imperial Global Education

We at Britts Imperial Global Education follow a holistic admissions approach. Applications are assessed based on academic background, readiness to learn, prior exposure, and future goals—rather than rigid entry criteria alone.

The guidelines below outline general entry requirements. Final eligibility may vary depending on the program, awarding body, and individual applicant profile.

Undergraduate Entry (Bachelor’s Programs)

Educational Qualification

  • Completion of Grade 12 / A-Levels / IB / National Board or equivalent
  • Students completing Grade 10 or 11 may enter through a Foundation or Diploma pathway

Age Requirement

  • Typically 18 years and above

Academic Performance

  • Minimum 50% overall or equivalent
  • Applications with lower scores may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Gap Years

  • Accepted
  • A brief explanation or supporting documents may be requested

Prior Learning / Credits

Diplomas or prior university studies may be assessed for:

  • Advanced standing
  • Credit transfer (subject to awarding body approval)

English Language

  • Formal English proficiency tests are generally not mandatory
  • Prior education in English-medium institutions is usually sufficient
  • Strong English test scores (IELTS or equivalent) may strengthen the application but are optional

Postgraduate Entry (Master’s / MBA)

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution

Age Requirement

  • Typically 21 years and above

Academic Performance

  • Minimum 50% overall or equivalent
  • Flexibility may apply based on overall profile strength

Work Experience

  • Relevant work experience is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Considered positively for MBA and professional programs

Prior Learning / Professional Qualifications

  • Relevant diplomas or certifications may be considered for:
  • Eligibility assessment
  • Credit recognition (where applicable)

English Language

  • English proficiency tests are optional
  • Prior education or professional experience in English-medium environments is generally accepted

Alternative & Additional Entry Pathways

Foundation Pathway

For students who do not meet direct Bachelor’s entry requirements, structured Foundation and Diploma pathways are available, leading into undergraduate programs.

Transfer / Advanced Standing

Students currently enrolled in, or previously studied at, another institution may apply for:
  • Credit transfer
  • Advanced standing

Required documents:

  • Academic transcripts
  • Course outlines or syllabi

Mature-Age Entry

Applicants aged 25 years and above without formal academic qualifications may be considered based on:
